You know more about my past, my work experience, my ambitions, and why
I want to empower you to let go and move on from your past pains, and find your happy
And fulfilled life. Great but there's more that I would like to share with you.
59 years ago I was born in the beautiful Island of Jamaica in a town called Trelawney full of
Lush, green valleys and idyllic hidden water falls. Ooh just saying the name makes me homesick!
I moved to England when I was 6 years old. A totally different Island than the one I called home.
I am married with three beautiful (not at all biased) daughters whom I am so proud of. They are amazing women of course...lol...I also have two of the cutest grandchildren ever (again not at all biased).
I am very spiritual and believe in God and his healing power which has always been present in my life. With Him all things are possible.
I love travelling and have visited Canada, the States, Ghana, Turkey, Spain, and France and of course a regular visitor to Jamaica. I want to go to the Maldives next!
On one of my many trips to Jamaica, I jumped from the cliffs of Negril into the Caribbean Sea!
This was one of the scariest things I have done but just had to do it. The adrenalin rush was crazy!!! If you ever go there you must visit Ricks Cafe which is famous for cliff diving.
I love swimming. Preferably in the ocean than the confines of a pool. Jumping waves and feeling the rush of the water crashing on my skin is so exhilarating.
I love cheese cake, rum and raisin ice cream and a good old Eton mess! Obviously I shouldn't indulge too much in these delights so I like to balance this out with healthy helpings of fresh fruit and vegetables (just saying).
My reading preferences are varied. I love Toni Morrison, Maya Angelou, Ilyana Vansant to name just a few. I also like a good hearty read of Maeve Binchy and have been known to get totally swept away by Catherine Cookson novels in the past. I have forced myself to read CLR James I say forced because reading about slave revolts and injustice is difficult but sometimes necessary.
This is not all of me. Honestly there is so much more that I am even finding out about myself, but so far I am loving and taking care of myself and looking forward to where the rest of my journey is taking me.
